Celestial chakra alignment and Crystal healing is usually regarded as safe for many people, but it’s important to be aware that it may not be suitable in certain cases. If you are pregnant— during the early stages—or if you are post op, have a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy, heart concerns, or severe mental health conditions, you should approach this therapy with care. Those with diabetes are encouraged to bring their monitoring equipment and a small sugary snack to sessions. Before beginning any type of crystal work, it’s strongly recommended to speak with your GP or another qualified healthcare provider.

Indian head massage is usually safe, but it’s not right for everyone. You should avoid it if you are pregnant (especially early on), unwell with a cold or infection, have skin problems like head lice, or have had a recent injury, surgery or bruise on your head, neck or shoulders. It may also not be safe if you have heart problems, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes, cancer, or mental health conditions. You should also not have it if you’re drunk or on drugs.

If you have any health problems or are not sure, talk to your doctor before getting a massage. This treatment does not replace normal medical care.
